The young guy with curly hair is a blessing! Was greeted properly and informed me of any extra services required before starting on the car. He was very knowledgeable about cars and will explain to you why your tire went bad and how to avoid it next time! Most shops wont even do half the work he does and took his time (no rush=less mistake) with my alloy wheels! No scratches either!!! Now as far as the older guy who is there in the mornings, horrible communication, price went from 55 on the phone to 65 in person, he said he can do 55 but i have to take my old tire with meβ¦.like WHAT am i supposed to do with BALD TIRE?!!!! Anyways, if the young man is there do not worry baby cuz he will get you right

The lowest rating is one star or else I would've given them a 0. They gave me the wrong size tire. I couldn't figure out why my car was making weird noises and I eventually figured out it was the tire. I'm pretty sure it was done purposely because I asked for a new tire and they said they only had the used one they installed. Wrong size tires can be dangerous to drive on and it can mess with your engine.

Waited for over 20 minutes as there were two cars in front of me being serviced (no issue there since they are one of the only shops that stay open late in this area). The gentleman working disappeared after receiving payment from the car before me. He went inside the shop and never came back out. I waited for as long as I could then decided to just leave.

I had a rough night and ended up having to replace all four tires on my porch. It was 9 o'clock at night and pretty much everyone was closing or already closed. These guys answer the phone had the tires I needed Emry even willing to send someone out for a minimal fee to put on my spare tire and air up the other three for me to get there. Anywhere else would've charged me five times as much and it would not have stayed open until 11 PM as they close at 10 PM. Customer service was amazing, they were very quick, and not one thing did they try to hide or sneak into the deal. They charge me exactly what they quoted me over the phone, did all the work they said they would, and were very polite about it. In fact, the guy changing my tires even brought me a chair to sit in while I waited for them to finish because they had already closed all all their bay doors and literally fixed it in the driveway. I will definitely be using them again and this is the only place I intend to get my tires done. Meant to ask if they do oil changes to because I also need those from a shop I can trust. Thanks again for everything you guys are a lifesaver. I'll be back as soon as I need to be.

Stopped in for air in my tires and was told it would cost $5 for all four ($2 per tire). I politely left. Nearby businesses offer air for much less. Unacceptable pricing and poor communication.
